Dr. Zach Vahldick DC, CSCS

Doctor of Chiropractic

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Selective Functional Movement Assessment Provider

Certified Kinesiotape Provider
Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor

Born and raised in Branson Missouri and attending Branson schools grades K-12, Dr. Vahldick continued his education and athletics wrestling at University of Missouri Central.  He was plagued with shoulder pain as a wrestler, and athletic training, physical therapy, and even two rounds of cortisone (steroid) injections failed to provide lasting relief. When relief was found with a combined approach of Chiropractic care, rehabilitation and soft tissue work, he directed his educational goals towards joining the professions.  After graduating from UMC in 2004, and Logan Chiropractic, in St Louis in 2008 he decided not to follow in the more “traditional Chiropractic” pathway taking a position in a multidisciplinary clinic in Washington DC. For four years he had the privilege of working alongside world class Physical Therapist, Physiatrist, Orthopedic Surgeons as well as other Chiropractors and Personal Trainers. Dr. Vahldick has experience treating a wide range of conditions from acute motor vehicle and work injuries, on-field sports medicine, to chronic or post-surgical conditions of the low back, pelvis, spine and extremities.

In December 2008, Dr. Vahldick became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist; he has had experience working with professional cheerleaders, Olympic and collegiate athletes and various exercise specialists in the Washington DC area. He has a passion for functional training, especially body weight and Kettlebell training.  His passion for golf, lead him to become a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, making him uniquely positioned to help golfers of all levels with injury’s or golfers with a desire to play better through proper assessments, chiropractic and rehabilitation .  Dr. Zach has training in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, a systematic approach to evaluating and assessing human movement.   In 2016 he received his license in Acupuncture, and training in Kenitacore Functional Dry Needling which has been a powerful treatment for patients with various pain. His training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, or DNS, has served as the foundation of his rehabilitative approach. DNS is based on the science of developmental kinesiology, the positions and movement patterns that a healthy developing baby will develop in the first year of life. He is very excited to bring this functional model of Chiropractic care to Branson with Advanced Spine and Joint Center.
